Meet The Staff
Office Manager ~ Helen
Our office manager Helen has previously been working in the office since 2003 as patient coordinator. As office manager, Helen enjoys interacting with our patients while guiding and educating them through their dental insurance inquires as well as helping them recover the most from their dental insurance while understanding each patients individual financial needs.
Helen graduated from Westfield State in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication/journalism. She spends her free time with her husband, Frank, and their two sons. As a family they enjoy playing board games, watching baseball and being active.
Front Desk Coordinator ~ Catherine
Catherine has been working in the health care field for nearly 10 years as a certified nursing assistant, focused around direct patient care. She has graduated from Porter and Chester’s Administrative Health Associate Program. During her time at Porter and Chester she represented her class as Student Ambassador and was also invited to be a member of the National Technical Honor Society. In her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her children. Together they love going to the beach in the summer and being outside no matter the time of year.
Front Desk Coordinator ~ Lisa
Lisa is a recent graduate of Elms College and has her degree in Sociology. Her focus is in the field of trauma counseling and woman’s services. Lisa has been in customer service for over 15 years, many of them in the dental field. Her goal is to assist each patient with personal attention and care.
Previously, Lisa served in the United States Coast Guard at a search and rescue station in Baltimore, MD. When Lisa is not at work she enjoys cooking, baking and having adventures (big and small) with her daughter, Taylor.
Dental Hygienist ~ Sheleigh
Sheleigh recently graduated cum laude from the University of New Haven’s Dental Hygiene program. The highlight of her college experience was giving dental care to those who needed it the most in the surrounding communities. She is dedicated to creating a safe and educational space to treat each patient. Sheleigh has been in the dental field since 2015 when she attended a vocational high school in Upton, MA. She graduated from their dental assisting program.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and her new puppy Diesel. In the fall months you can find her cheering on the Patriots every Sunday.
Dental Hygienist ~ Maddy
Maddy graduated from the Tunxis Community College Dental hygiene program. She was a dental assistant for the last 7 years and wanted to do more for her patients. She has had experience with a diverse group of patients. She is determined to adapt to every patients needs and provide the best care possible.
She loves spending time with her boyfriend and their puppy, Stella. They love to go camping with friends or family, going on hikes, and go to concerts.
